From our long-time attendants, to our first time visitor, we hope that you find yourself at home among us.
What time should I arrive?
Services are held at Trinity United Church on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. The church is open by 10am.
If you are unable to attend services in person, Sunday services are also streamed lived on YouTube for you to enjoy at home.
What should I wear?
We welcome you to be comfortable! You will notice some attend in more formal dress, while others prefer more casual clothing.
Where do I park?
Trinity has limited parking. There are handicap spaces available alongside the church. Many attendees will park behind the church on Elizabeth Street and walk a short distance to the main doors. Alternatively, attendees may also park in the Municipal Parking Lot across the street, which is a free, 2-hour limit, lot.
Is Trinity an accessible building?
We are able to accommodate individuals with assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and electronic scooters or other devices that are required. The parking lot has handicap spaces with an automatic door close by. The building is all one level and our main bathrooms have a larger stall. The sanctuary offers accessible seating spaces with movable chairs.
We are able to assist individuals with hearing impairments by offering portable devices at the sound console at the back of the sanctuary.
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Our building is open to the public, and therefore service animals are allowed on the premises unless excluded by law.
What is available for my children?
We welcome families of all ages and sizes and we hope that you feel comfortable attending with your children during our time of Worship. Should you require infant care, we have volunteers available in the Nursery, located past Trinity Hall. Sunday School classes are available for children and youth from 3 years to High School in Trinity Hall. Volunteers will ensure that your children attend the right classroom based on their age.
Everyone joins in the first part of the worship, then the children and youth leave for classes after the time with the young people that we schedule into the morning service. Children can be picked up in Trinity Hall after service.
Change stations are available in the Nursery, as well as rocking chairs and comfortable seating for nursing mothers.
